At the moment all our service operations are run at all our branches countrywide

Generally we try to carry out minor routine services on the spot while major services can take few hours during which all customers are welcome to enjoy our dedicated customer lounge equipped with a lot of entertainment and comfort tools.

Currently KIA Kenya is pleased to offer the first and second service free of cost for all models and customers will start making payments from the third service onwards.

Price list are available for each model separately on all customers are welcome to inquire about their next service expected cost by calling us directly.

According to manufacturer conditions, warranty claims can only be honored for cars with complete service history with the authorized dealer.

A good service history will not only keep the warranty valid but will also maintain a high resale value for the vehicle.
